    Great waist band, material seems to shed and bunch..

    Fit is a bit looser with thicker material than I usually buy from another brand - it's comfy but the longer legs seem to bunch a bit especially when riding. The waist band is great, and overall the comfort is better than other brands I've had. I'm hopeful that they will just shed a bit, as new wool products often do, as the reputation among cyclists specifically has been very positive.

    Thanks for taking the time to write this review. Our current Nuyarn boxer briefs do not use spandex. They’re built with merino and nylon for durability and natural stretch, which can feel a bit different from styles that rely on elastane. We are actively working on a new version that will incorporate spandex to improve recovery and reduce bunching, especially for riding.

    Based on your notes, it also sounds like the fit may be a touch large for you. When the legs are slightly long or loose, they can bunch more easily during movement. If you ever want help dialing in sizing or trying a different fit, we’re always happy to help.

    Some light shedding early on can be normal with merino and typically settles after a few wears and washes. Glad to hear the waistband and overall comfort are working well for you, and we appreciate the trust as we continue refining the product.

    Best Boxer Briefs!

    I've been wearing merino for a while now and was so excited to discover Pinebury right in my own backyard! These are super soft and fit perfectly, they stay in place and do not creep up my thigh. Very well made and have washed up well. Super comfortable in hot summer weather. Lately I've been wearing them to bed and again o so comfortable. I purchased a small which fits great. I'm 5'5", 140lbs with solid biking thighs.
