Free shipping is available for all orders over $88 with delivery addresses in the Contiguous (Lower 48) United States only. Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. All in-stock items are shipped in 24-48 hours during business days. Orders placed by 1pm ET will typically ship the same day, orders placed after 1pm will ship in 24 hours, excluding weekends. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping services through DHL to most countries in the world. Please be aware that when your package reaches your country you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and fees (including VAT) associated with the shipment. When you place the order you become the importer of record and the package will not be released to you until all fees are paid. Pinebury is not responsible for any fees imposed by your country's customs bureau; this includes transfer and storage fees. If you refuse the shipment and the package is returned to us you will be refunded for the purchase price of the goods less the shipping costs.
SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Pinebury is not responsible for lost shipments. We ship all packages with no signature required for delivery, if you feel it is necessary to require a signature then you must contact us before the order ship
