Refund policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For orders within the contiguous (Lower 48) United States, when your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. $10 will be withheld from your refund to offset the cost of return shipping. We believe that sharing the cost of shipping is the best way to ensure the sustainability of our business model. On items valued $88+ returns for store credit and exchanges are free.
How To Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to your account, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account: a. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. c. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. Exchanges - if you'd like to exchange an item please add a note to request an exchange and specify the item you'd like to receive, please be sure to include size and color. We'll reach out to you with further instructions.
5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund less $10 for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Occasionally we may mark items as FINAL SALE, these items cannot be returned for any reason. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Please request a return in your account and select your order and the item you'd like to return. Then add a note on the return that you'd like to request an exchange and please specify the item you'd like to receive. We will contact you to confirm the exchange and provide further instructions. There is no shipping charge for exchanges.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@pinebury.us. Pease note: $10 will be withheld from your refund to offset the cost of return shipping. Promotional Discounts
Orders that receive a promotional discount based on minimum quantity or order value are eligible for that discount only if the qualifying items are kept.
If a return reduces the order below the required threshold, the discount will be recalculated and the refund amount adjusted accordingly.
